I have heard so much about this over the years but never seem to get around to trying it. As a kid and in my camping days we used to take Prem or Spam luncheon meat and fry that and it actually tastes not bad when you get it brown and crispy.

My roommate made it for me one time. I didn't find the taste as novel as the presentation. She called them Pac-men and sliced each piece from the middle out to the edge. You mean bologna? Yes I have. It was one of the acquired tastes I discovered when my family moved to the South. Fried liver mush is also good.

Sure have. It's interesting. I think it really matters how good your baloney is. It can't be cheap thin sliced baloney. I like good baloney cut almost 1/4" thick or more.

Yep it's good. You know what else is good, fry up the baloney, then crack a couple of eggs into the pan. You get fried eggs with embeded baloney. Love it.
