I have a colleague at my work who started with us about a year and half ago. I introduced myself and we got on ok, added each other on FB, then there was a misunderstanding that caused a bit of a problem. We agreed to start fresh and he wanted a working relationship to get to know me. I was furloughed for 7 months he did keep in touch though it was me that that made first move. Now recently I had a misunderstanding again, which lead him to block me , I was very hurt, my supervisor explained that it's the way he is, it's his air, he went to university and has never met a deaf person ( I'm deaf) etc though it's no excuse is it that he's shy quiet etc and very set on career, and I'm starting to find out things, like whether he's genuine or not. Was he pretending all the time and the truth is he doesn't care about me . My instinct is a bit confused. How would you try to get to the bottom of it as one minute it's
