One time I was surprised and I got over it in like a couple of seconds.I never notice it anymore if it does happen.
-
SInce i learned that down rating does not count to your total points i dont give a damn
-
Badly. I asked a question once and it pretty much sums up how I feel about downrates, sad. Pathetic? probably. True? yep.
-
If it is something I get neg'd for and don't think that I deserved it, I'll comment under my question or change my answer to include a comment about why the neg annoyed me. Most days my ratings are off, so I don't see it or just don't care (if I do see it).
-
I'm always surprised, because they come in on perfectly good answers, then I realize it that ol' bugaboo again.
-
Not great. I don't downrate often, myself. Disagreeing politely with my opinions is not grounds for a downrating. I personally don't downrate someone's answers unless they're outright nasty or espousing any sort of hatred. Since the answers I give never do either, then I tend not to understand it when people downrate *me*. My only guess is other people have less stringent rules for how they rate people.
-
Not well.I usually cut my self with a knife to ease the emotional pain.....
-
I am happy to say that it truly doesn't bother me anymore! I have freed myself from caring about that, and it feels great.
-
If I were to be downrate for something stupid I asked/answered then, I take no offense to it. But, if it is a valid concern of mine that gets downrated I get somewhat ticked off.
-
Meh. I don't care, will never care, about being downrated. Normally, I'll even post a comment thanking people for the downrate. =)
-
I ignore them the same way I would ignore an anonymous letter. If the person doesn't have the courage/courtesy to identify himself/herself, then any action coming from him/her is irrelevant, immaterial and inconsequential. :)
-
Meh. I just move on. I know that it will happen from time to time.
-
I get pissed off and downrate everyone on the whole thread figuring I'll get the right person even though there may some collateral damage. Kind of a "Kill em all let God sort em out" mentality. (I"M JUST KIDDING)!!!!! I really don't care one way or another. It's not like I win a new car or a PC or something for points.
-
With a nod and a shrug.
-
I just live with it. It doesn't make me mad anymore.
-
Not to well, I get over it after a while. It extremly annoys me when they do that.
-
I scarcely pay attention to my points. I have the ratings turned of, so it's not like I am getting notifications of my ratings. I'm here for the fun, anyway. ;O) +3 for you lol
-
Dunno. I don't think I have any.
-
mostly I don't care. But when someone downrate a simple answer i.e., hair color, place of birth, etc. it does confuse me.
-
Realize: It's not important.
-
I would like to punch the shit out of the trolls who do this ...and thats on a good day!!....gggrrrrrr, this is why I am for scrapping the D'R's all together... no D/R's = no trolls!
-
((((shrugs)))) they mostly say more about the person giving them out.
-
not that big of a deal, but when i go into the negatives i get upset.
-
10/28/2024, very well. I thought the downrate feature was interesting in how users would earn points, and then have many of those points deducted by some A-holes. LOL 😂
