  • Soak them in warm water and epsom salt for a few minutes then scrub the bottoms with a pumice stone. After they dry rub them with some lotion and put socks on.
  • Yes. Certainly the pumice and the soaking will help. I found the best was to put Vaseline on, rather than lotion, and socks on overnight. Did the same with my hands and wore cotton gloves overnight. What a difference! Vaseline for lips and eyelashes, too. Wish I had shares in that company!! Lotion during the day because it soaks in...Vaseline at night.
  • put on a cream after your shower in the day. or get a footcream they generally work but you have to keep applying which is sometime annoying !
  • Cut out dairy and animal food.
  • Rub vicks on them at night and cover with a sock. 2/28/26
  • Scrub your feet with soap, and massage them at the same time for a couple of minutes. If you have a bath chair, it's even better to take your time. People tend to ignore scrubbing the underside of the foot, which is vital for clean and soft feet.
