Not primal screams, but, I sometimes will talk to myself loudly (pretty much yelling) and it's always angry sounding. My neighbor mentioned it to me by saying "I'm having boyfriend problems too right now!" I replied with "Oh, I don't have a boyfriend. It's just me and my demons in here," with some nervous laughter. She thought I was literally speaking about real demons and avoids me now. And no, I don't actually care about this one.
