They wont try to hurt you, and do what ever they can to be sure your always safe.

By their actions. Is this person a good listener? Trustworthy? Reliable? Encourages you to be your best? Supportive? That's how you can tell.

If they make some sacrifices for you. It doesn't have to be something monumental, but just if they go out of their way to make you happy or do things for you that don't necessarily benefit them. You can also tell if they are always there for you or not.

When their actions show you that they no longer wake up for themselves anymore. They wake for you. There may be a nurerous things restrining them from showing that they actually care about you, but if they have stated it then listen to them. They know themselves best and take their word. As long as their there they do care.

2-4-2017 If you can't tell, they aren't. Love is when someone is aware of a need and takes care of it. There are five needs: air, water, food, clothing/shelter, and companionship.
