I've always wanted to be one of those huge muscle-bound dudes. But maybe in another life-cycle? ;-)

For the most part yes. The weight on the scale I'm quite happy with. My shape, not completely. Which just means I need to sit on my butt less.

MORE than happy..., hugely happy...., no. :o(

I'm OK with it but I have more problems in Winter. I never let myself get out of shape. I fight the scale.

Yes. More than pleased with it. I'm running about five pounds below my high school weight...several decades ago, which met the standards of the charts. Of course, some of the pounds have kinda shifted a tad. :-) +5

I lost some weight because of exercising but I hurt my knee. Hopefully I can start doing it again soon. If I lost a bit more I'd be more happy, but I not as unhappy as I was.

I dont think anyone ever is. I go to the gym twice a day and when I went into the doctors for a physical I was told I was 30 pounds overweight. But I took it as just the doctors opinion. I dont know many overweight people that incline press 360 pounds. LOL

No way.. and the images shown in magazines don't help.
