Simpler than a drink is have whole fruits as a snack and eat a meal only when you are hungry. When i eliminated habitual meal-time eating and reduced nervous impulse eating, I have maintained a healthy weight without thinking about any special diet adjustments. I do walk 2 miles every morning before work, rain or shine 85% of the time.
