  • I'm inclined to agree with DixieRock, however is there a chance you might have inadvertently accidentally blocked the person as a sender to you. It can be surprisingly easy to do, considering how smart, intuitive and user friendly the majority of their interface can be. It can be the matter of a minor mouse shift while right-clicking. If you click on the image below you might like one of the few images I have as a "stationary" header for one of my Incredimail collection, that is postable here. Many others are animated or too large to sample here...
