  • I usually know why I'm sad. I have a plethora of legitimate reasons. Knowing why didn't help me feel better. Medication did, but it takes time to figure out what works for you. And the road is full of rocks. People don't understand and are not very forgiving. They don't understand you can't help how you feel or think. They don't understand that sometimes you can't help what happens to you and you can't help how you were damaged. But they still blame you. And punish you for it. Screw them all! They don't have to live it they know nothing but still judge knowing nothing!

      Hugs.
    • Roaring
Sometimes the wave comes and that's all there is for that moment. Sometimes it just stops me in my tracks and I can't seem to do much of anything. Thanks for the reminder that I don't need to know the why's of it. No meds for me as i am very sensitive to altering substances

  • Nope, you are who you say you are. Sadness brings misery. So think of something positive.
