G-d is infinite. To an infinite being, every finite creature is equal. It's not that He sees every person as identical, because we are not. Life would be boring and meaningless if we were all clones. But, with all our individual differences, potential and talents, every person is equally VALUABLE in His eyes.

The Bible says we are all created from dust and to dust we return. No matter how grand a person thinks he/she is, they still die. God does not grant special privileges based on wealth or status. He never did. We should all remember that we are descended from the same original pair, and that the distinctions between us are man-made, not God-ordained. God also made it equally possible for all humans to have a friendship with him. It was so in the beginning, and when humans rebelled, it was God who, once again, set up the mechanism (the sacrifice of the Perfect Lamb, Jesus) to bring us back into relationship with him. So, if humans turn back to Him, and ask forgiveness, they are granted equal access. The Apostle Paul, in Galatians 3:28 puts it like this: There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

In saying God created all humanity equal, we acknowledge commonality, individuality, sacredness, and dignity in all human life. As biological machines, we are genetically very similar. Despite all biological similarity, we are vastly different in the way in which we see the world and express what we see. Each human has the ability to know and to feel he is a part of something greater than himself. Because humans know that there is something inside that connects them, humans recognize that each of them is worth respect and fair treatment as opposed to slavery and exploitation.
