  • I would believe that would fall under the category of breaking a lease.
  • I agree with the other answer, only to add that the lease is a binding contract. if you expire, the lease-holder may insist on total payments from a family member, out of your estate. read the small print on the lease contract. it will give you answers. I know it sounds heartless, but there are many heartless people in this world, that only want money....period.
  • My friend,... if your terminal, the last thing I would worry about is breaking my lease or sustaining my credit. I would get me some ho's and lots o liqour if I were you, and I would enjoy myself before I die. So the answer is hell yes.
