long walk, it burns up that extra anxiety and you can actually think about what's bothering you. Figuring out how to solve the problem, even if there is nothing you can do about it right away, always makes me feel better. Better to sort it out rather than just let it steep. Prayer always helps, especially those that seem hopeless. Yep, I always come back from a walk feeling better.

I usually when i so stressed out that i can barely move smoothly i go and get a massage, and than rest till i get tired of resting, that's usually every 2 - 3 months

I almost always just have a few beers but in reality thats not healthy or appropriate so id suggest a nice meal, a good soak in the tub, swimming, running an aerobics class anything to take youre mind off it xxx

Well, believe it or not, all I do is read books. Doesn't matter what genre they belong to as long as I have something to read. The topics range from self help books, fiction, biographies, anything! As a matter of fact, I am not a book person despite my stress reliever. I love sports and it seems weird to me that reading books are my saving grace. Here's one of the books I read whenever I'm stressed, this is the most helpful because it's a book on how to get stress relief.
