I use to yell and get into more fights than I can count. Now I try to keep a cool head, I just get really quiet, shut my eyes and breathe deeply. Yelling never helps, if you are in a situation where violence is called for than it's best to be quiet, your much more likely to scare someone that way. If your in a situation where violence isn't called for, than yelling or breaking things really won't help.

Other would be me. I get really quiet. Kind of like an alligator when some asshole tries to put his head in its mouth and once the head is in there nice and good, that's all she wrote.

My friends and family tell me that when I am at my angriest,my voice get low,deep, and my eyes flash. They have seen all maner of people back away from me and leave. This is really funny because I am 5' tall and 100lbs. I must look crazy or whatever LOL!!!!

I shut down and withdraw from everyone...I tend to find myself an alone spot with a bottle of beer (or 2) and chain smoke. Yes, it's very healthy :)
