I'd probably try keeping it in the oven set very low or if you have a warm setting and keep it covered with plenty of juices to attempt to keep it from drying out. You could keep basting it with the juices often to make sure the drying does not ruin it.

I'll presume U wanna go "Mobile"??? If U made it in a "Cooking Bag", make a small "Slit" in the Bag to drain out the Juices. Now wrap in Foil, then a Heavy Bath Towel & stuff in Cooler Chest. Juices in Thermos Bottle. Good to Go! Handle with Gloves On, HOT! John

I usually place stuff in the broiler (on a low setting so it doesn't dry out)
