Is liquor effected when you constantly change the temperature of it? Having it sit out, freezing, sit out, etc.?

The "strength" of the liquor does not get affected. But the taste of your beverage might especially if it wine or beer.

If there is a pouring top on it, some alcohol will evaporate from the liquor. Otherwise, no. Sunlight, however, has an adverse effect on beer and wine, thus the colored glass. Coronas were always served with lime because the beer in th clear glass bottle was easily "skunked" by a little exposure to sunlight. Some other liquors come in colored glass bottles.
