Are modern Frigidaire Appliances any good?
Is making washing machines and fridges that last 50 years a good business model? do mobile washing machine repair men still exist?

★Stevo being a fridge it will probably until work until you decide its too dirty or looks old and get a new one the old ones did. I got offered so I'd take it away a Chinese fridge the other day dead inventor board cheaper to replace the fridge. The seal replacement cost was more than a new fridge for me last time -

I bought a small whirlpool 25 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer about 14 years ago. I bought a big samsung 3 door bottom freezer a few years later. I had the repairman come 3 times to replace the defrost system because it failed regularly. I had the appliance repair contract, so it cost 100 bucks for each repair. I bought a maytag to replace it and had them haul that samsung away. The original whirlpool is still working too! Hopefully your community can stop the factory. -

they had a recall on the defroster on some of them I remember ringing their help line about the ex's fridge it was out of warranty it had been in storage for a few years before that they still came and changed some parts in it the compliant was it was freezing up it was a big 2 door fridge. -

Probably the same sort of tech that failed repeatedly. The service guy told me it was due to govt regs on energy usage that prevented the defroster from melting the ice away from the fans. Regardless, I won't buy any more Samsung appliances!
