• The inflation / fast-rising food prices has actually helped me in that regard. I can't afford fast food any more, so I make everything at home. And I can't afford the high-dollar junk food from the store, so I get the "good stuff". * I've "always" kept a eye on eating healthy, but now I'm practically forced (by cost) to stick to the healthiest stuff that I like, and to avoid the (more expensive) unhealthier stuff that I like.

  • I follow my doctor's advice & cheat about once a week. That gives me my guilty pleasure once a week & then it doesn't become an obsession daily.
  • Think of what your goal is.
