  • For lactose intolerance, you can take a lactase supplement when you eat dairy food. It is only a temporary "cure," however, adding a probiotic acidophilus or bulgaricus might also help with better digestion.
  • just dont eat what you cant tolerate
  • Intolerances are actually caused by viruses (Epstein-Barr, HPV and others) feeding off of dairy, eggs and gluten in the wheat. If you target the bugs with a deep cleansing diet and a detox they eventually die off and you're food intolerances-free. Look into Medical Medium.

I'm not sure who told you that, but you are half right. Viruses are not living things, so they do not feed on any food items people eat. Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) is a retrovirus that alters its host's genetic makeup, which can trigger latent food allergies and intolerances. HPV has no such documented effect as of 2020. In fact, all food intolerances are genetic to some extent, although the genes usually need to be triggered by something, but a person is more likely to develop food intolerance triggered by the flu than by HPV. With EBV, though, even if you destroy all of the viral particles in your body, you cannot remove the virus's effect on your genetic makeup under any circumstances, so, if you developed a food intolerance from EBV, unfortunately, you are stuck with it for the rest of your life.
