The late Prince Philip. And yes, they were third cousins and second cousins once removed. That is hardly unusual among royals. Most of the European royals are related in one way or another. Elizabeth and Philip are both descendants of Queen Victoria, who had a lot of children. By the way, cousin marriages are not considered incest in most parts of the world and are quite common in a number of cultures. Even first-cousin marriages are not illegal in the UK. And did you know that everyone on earth is related to everyone else on earth? We are ALL cousins.
