• Sometimes I dump a fistfull of macaroni noodles (I prefer the ones made with chickpea flour), a spoonful of olive oil, a dash of salt, and just enough water to fully cover, into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 3-5 minutes, then stir in sage and pressed garlic until the noodles are green. Microwave another two minutes, then stir in a few pieces of walnuts, a healthy pinch of grated parmesean cheese, and just a sprinkle of panko and black pepper. Stir, let cool, and eat.
