If you are allergic then it's best not to have one.

Are you allergic to eggs? They have other options now you may want to discuss with your doctor. They have alternatives for those allergic to eggs and they have a nasal spray as well as a gun injection instead of using needles.

  • I have never had a flu shot and never will. I am 80 years old and have never had the flu. You would have to catch me, hog tie me, and sedate me to ever give me one of your killing flu shots.

I'll call you a wise man Thinker. Maintaining a healthy immune system will do us better without the potential harm.

So happy you are able to do without the shot.

    • Percussion
Good for you. The shingles shot is hard to get right now because it is a new brew, you have been blessed.

It took me months of calling pharmacies weekly, sometimes being told they are in only to be out by the time I got there. I live in a small village half an hour away from the nearest pharmacy other than a tiny one that doesn't get them.. Soooo... in December, when I'm due for my second shot, the fun begins again!
  • Allergy so can't take it.
