Like if their name is not in your contacts list?

Never answer it regardless if their name is there or not, if they have something to say leave a message, if not get lost.

9-6-2017 No, of course not. I have to pay every time I answer a call, and after a couple of minutes they boost my basic rate by about 50%. So I don't answer any call that I didn't ask for.

that sounds like a horrible plan in my opinion. But I guess if it works for you that's what matters.

No. They can ask "is this Joe Doe?", and if you say yes, then they can record your voice and splice it into an answer to a different question, like, "would you like to subscribe."

I started getting many times MORE calls when I sighed up onto the Do Not Call list. And I have no interest in trying to report them all, because nothing gets done.
