    No. We do not yet know how to connect any sort of device to the nerves that would result in normal or enhanced eyesight. Besides, compared to cats, we have better color and bright-light vision, so it would be a big tradeoff in capacity.

    It would be easier to teach your cat to talk then carry him around in the dark to give you directions.
