• to put the blame on the other side or to try.. reminds me of what they are doing now after the elections over. It's called saving face or grasping for straws.
  • There can be as many sides to a situation as we want to invest in it and some people try to look beyond the obvious or the simple and try to get to the roots of the situation. Isn't that better than just blaming it on others?

It is not about blaming it on others for the sake of blaming it on others, it is about making sure all the blame goes to the right culprit, i.e. the perpetrator. However, some people try to make out that it is six of one and half a dozen of the other just because the victim reacts in a dramatic way towards the perpetrator. In my Scorpio eyes, the victim would not have reacted at all if the perpetrator hadn't started it, which totally cancels out any idea that it might even remotely be six of one and half a dozen of the other. The trouble is, perpetrators tend to forget that their victims are human (and therefore have sensitive feelings), unlike the perpetrators themselves who are totally callous. It is the same basic principle as my question about good guys and bad guys.
