I love cheese ! Since I love to watch the History channel all day long I got to see an hour long Modern Marvels special on the whole cheese making process last night. Fantastic ! makes me appreciate it even more. Tried 10 yr old cheese once.. very strong flavor.

Any kind, from mature cheddar, to jarlsberg, to blue vein, gouda, mozzarella oh hell i could live on the stuff! (maybe thats why im starting to get whiskers and a tail???)

Cheese is awesome! My favorite food that has cheese in it is a Grilled Cheese Sandwich. My mom makes it so good that it really crispy and tender! Yummmm!

Not a whole lot. I like a slice of sharp cheddar on some sandwiches. And I like shredded sharp cheddar on my salads sometimes. And a little crumbled or shredded cheese on tacos. And pizza has to have a little cheese (but I don't like too much) and I do like grated parmesan and romano cheeses on pastas and things... but that's about it, I think. I really don't like too many kinds of cheese, and I LOATHE melted cheese... so my cheese eating is very limited.

Yes! A couple years ago I was in a restaurant that had a meal with grilled beef tips that then had blue cheese put on top and broiled to heat and melt the blue cheese. Fantastic!
