Her complexion matters more than her hair color. Pick a shade that's the same degree of saturation as her skin tone; intense colors if she has a tan, paler colors if she's more fair. If there's too much contrast, the viewer will only notice the bikini and the person wearing it will fade into the background, which is especially true in a beach setting, since a blonde's hair and skin tone are essentially the same color as the sand.

None of them look good, you are exposing yourself unnecissarily to men. Wear a nice, modest one-piece instead, don't expose your body. With those the color is really up to you, probably won't make much difference. Do you really want men to look at you like that? Don't expose your body.

Skin color tone is more important when it comes to costume color ... If she is a brown eyed blonde with olive complexion, then I say black, white, a really dark brown, or bronze color for sure ... If she has fair skin as do many blue eyed blondes, then perhaps navy blue or purple to reflect the eye color without causing the skin tones to seem too pale ... Either way, providing she feels comfortable and enjoys her day ... thats all that really matters. Peace
