Yes. A rigorous routine works best for me. Daily running, cut off the suds, eat the last meal before darkthirty, cut out the Blue Bell ice cream. The weight falls off.

I am trying right now. I don't think I'm overweight, I just weigh more than I ever have. I don't have a scale, but a few people mentioned to me that it looks like I've lost weight.

every time i try, i just gain weight. so i figure, unless my health is in jeopardy, which its not, i am perfectly happy with how i look. my family, friends, and boyfriend love me for who i am and how i look, and i can deal with that. not to say i wouldnt love to look like angelina jolee, but sometimes these things just dont happen.
