Almost any argument with a Boss is a no-win scenario. I've come close to arguing but I find it pointless. I don't remember any particular arguments with co-workers. As long as both parties are open to listening then it can be civil. Another reason I don't like working for others. Office politics is a pain.

Yes, a co-worker. i don't like gossip & if someones big enough to say something to others than they should be big enough to say it to one person... ME!

Every body argues with our boss. I think he respects that!!
-
Oh, yeah!

My current job no. I get a along with everyone pretty well and those I don't I just don't talk to unless neccessary to avoid conflict. I think I have gotten into small arguments in other jobs with people being lazy. I really don't care what my fellow co-workers do but the one thing I can't stand is people not pulling their weight.

Warm debates,

Yep! Both! Even "walked out" on my boss and quit my job. . . .and as soon as I got home, he was calling me wanting me BACK! And the co-worker?! Well. . .she went crying to my BOSS who told her to , "Shut up! And deal with it!" ! He KNEW I WASN'T reprimandable!

Not co-workers, but I have had some blazing rows with one of my bosses. Really heated, calling him every name under the sun. That's what happens when you stop keeping your work and personal life seperate.

Yes, this is also a part of life and everybody trying to pull-down the other to make their fair image in the company.
-
Yes on both of them.....When I'm right, I defend it.

Sure. Where there are people, there will be disagreements. Usually you learn something from them if you remain adults and don't resort to name-calling and such as that.
