I made homemade wine as a kid. It was mud flavoured.

I tried making some once with grape juice,sugar and yeast,but it didn't turn out right! lol I felt really stupid after,but I did put it in a dark moist place like I've always heard about wine making.Turned out to be bogus. Heh heh.*+++++*

We used to let sweet cider ferment when I was a kid. If you hid it at Thanksgiving, it could get some backbone by Christmas! Now they pasteurize all of it and kill the natural yeast. Bread yeast does not survive in a high alcohol environment, so you would need to buy brewers yeast, or be able to inoculate it with wild yeast somehow.

My parents made dandelion wine once. If I remember, it was pretty good.

Yea Chief, I live right next to a vineyard. I make Red Wine every fall.

My uncle made wine for a couple of years when I was a kid. I don't know what the flavor was, but it wasn't good.

Yes, years ago my ex and I used to make wine from kits. We made white and rose. We also made our own beer.

I haven't. But I make some KILLER cordials in several flavors! Cinnamon Spice, Blueberry, Blackberry, Raspberry, Orange, Kiwi, Strawberry, and more!

I actually used a medley of flavors. I only made it once, but it turned out delicious! I couldn't decide what to make so I put in strawberries, blackberries, rhubarb, and apples if I remember correctly. It was like a fruit punch with a kick.

No however a friend of mine who is from Italy made Red Wine and would put it in these large green bottles! I am not a wine drinker but when he insisted I drank it and let's just say an hour later I felt like I was hit in the head with a sledge hammer. Tasted pretty good though! How are things Chief?
