I used to never really have that kind of problem until after I turned 30. Then, metabolisms change and I start packing it on. I know I didn't really eat in a healthy manner for quite a while...and I got really obese. I've learned to "control" myself since I joined Weight Watchers almost 5 years ago. My biggest issue these days is keeping away from foods with a lot of salt/sodium....it doesn't take much to make me retain water weight! I've gotten to goal now, but still have to work to keep it off. So, no, I really still cannot eat what I want. I do give myself a "cheat day" on the weekend to indulge.

My metabolism is still strong. I was eating microwavable cheeseburgers with 600 calories each and I still lost weight because I was working out 3 times a week. I don't eat those particular burgers anymore, but I can still eat what I want and burn it off. I have actually lost 10 pounds in the past few months.

I'm in between. I try to watch what I eat and try to exercise regularly and then my weight stays pretty constant.

I can not exist without cookies. LOL But I eat them in the morning, not in the later afternoon. I try hard not to eat/drink anything 3+ hours before bed. I do not gain weight just by thinking about it. I gain weight after the parties and restaurants because I combine different foods that I don't do at home.
