I tend to snack a bit more when stressed. When really emotionally devastated, I tend to not be hungry and do not eat very much. So, for me it's a mix. And, I don't gain weight very fast. In fact, my doctors are watching so I don't lose too much. LOL

Yes. I do then to munch on chocolates when I am stressed out and that is certainly not good for me.

I've sensed that stress,work pressure don't affect me in healths regard.And I'm not the fat person either nor I overeat.

Nope i was fat to begin with imo , stress makes me not eat though.

I usually don't stress myself, it happened with the elections and became "politically stressed" I have not watched CNN since November 4th and don't think I will in a long time, that is over and done with. Never the less I never overeat I don't want to gain weight as I have always been thin.

when i am stressed out, i do the opposite of eating and find an outlet to exercise to burn off the blues

well I probably do overeat but I'm not fat. Just slightly chunky.

I gave up booze an attempt to not think of painful exeriences and turned to food comfort food preferable since I found this out let hours just slip by to those who give me - points thanks for your time I will struggle to be positive with everyone thats my pledge to myself towards others.

It's the opposite for me .. I lose my appetite, and currently am quite unhappy with my weight! Aarghhh
