I've seen plenty of weird ones in my day. But the weirdest has to be "Jag är nyfiken - en film i gult" (1967) which was released in Canada as "I Am Curious (Yellow)". It's all about a young girl running around poking her nose into all kinds of stuff. I had heard that it was the first mainstream film (non porno) to feature explicit sex and I was (to quote the title, "curious"). Well it did, but the movie itself was put together like the whole film crew was wasted. Speaking of which, you get to see most of the crew as during the filming they didn't bother to hide themselves. In fact, they made a sort of parallel plot about filming the girl who is curious. It's old, it's B&W, it's weird. Hope this helps.

Since someone else already said "Eraserhead," I'll go with "Rubber." (It's an odd coincidence that the titles are somewhat synonymous, even though the meanings are totally different.) But I'd also like to mention "Zombeavers."
-
Edward Scissorhands. It is absolutely weird how a soulful boy lives his life with scissors for his hands.
-
Weirdest movie I ever saw was "American Splendor" 2003. I loved how the actors and the real people were interspersed in the film. Plot is the story of Harvey Pekar, underground comics writer and his fame and love relationship
