yes i've put in: paperclips -- to watch them spark empty chips bags -- these shrivel up and get all hard where they look like barbie sized chips bag tennis shoes -- i'm pretty sure i was inebriated when i did this because i don't remember anything except for a loud boom :)

A sponge. I didn't have time to buy more and nuking them kills germs supposedly... just have to make sure you don't over nuke it.

Yes, I have a neckroll, I think it is filled with rice, you put it in there for a couple minutes, and its a heating roll, to put on your neck. It stays warm for awhile.

A sponge to disinfect it a gel pack to warm it for aches and pains, and a damp towel to heat up and place on my hair when I have conditioner on it. It helps it penetrate.

Yes. When I was a kid, someone told me that warm Dr. Pepper was better tasting. So one day I put an unopened Dr. Pepper in the microwave. Before the inevitable happened, my mom ran in and threw it out in the snow.
