  • I think that could be a point for him having to pick her up.Maybe he's trying to let them get to know each other that way, but if your daughter doesnt care for it then he should pick her up.Bring that to his attention and if that doesnt work its time to call the lawyer,as much as that would probably pain you.
  • In my state, yes, your daughter would have to go. If dad has legal visitation rights, it doesn't really matter who goes to pick her up.
