It depends on the skills the job requires. If the employer thinks you're not qualified, they're not going to hire you. Call centers usually will hire anyone - at least in my state.

yeah...the trick i learned is to leave your application/resume at a place you really ant to work, and call every freakin' day!!! eventually they will get sick of you and hire you^_^.

Yeah. Better to stay on welfare and let all those working saps pay their fair share. After all, finding a job is hard work itself. We don't want to over-exert ourselves.
