  • I suppose you could if you can find someone to hire you. You would be over qualified. Why would you want that job when you are a lawyer. Makes no sense.
  • I believe you have to be certified as a paralegal, through your state. I agree, you are overly qualified to be a paralegal. What gives?
  • Most states do not currently require any certification to be a paralegal. For those that do, the certification allows you to do legal work under the guidance of a licensed attorney. However, since you are a licensed attorney, you can do the work anyway. Some of the states that require certification do not allow you to call yourself a paralegal unless you are certified, but you would still be able to do paralegal work. Of course, why would you want to if you are a licensed attorney?
