  • If I'm just in a coma, I sure hope that they would keep me alive. However, if I am 'brain-dead" then I would want them to 'pull the plug' so to speak. Being in a coma and brain dead are different things, brain-dead is where there is zero chance for recovery. Coma is just a non-responsive state, but there is brain activity.
  • If the medical professionals tried everything possible and there was no way I would be revived - then I would want to spare them the cost of keeping me in a vegative state.
  • I have indicated to my family that I do not wish to be on life support. It is too costly both financially and emotionally.
