My room to chill, or the bookstore to relax with a cappuccino, browse at the books, and watch the people walking by.
-
I go for a drive sense there is never anywhere in my house to be alone besides the bathroom....and someone always needs the bathroom.
-
I go to my cabin for a few days. it is out in the middle of nowhere so can spend some alone time.
-
There was a time when I would retreat so deeply into myself that I wondered if I'd ever come out. Now I have the most incredible man I can go to for a soft place to fall. He makes the sun shine for me every day.
-
to the ipod and a bottle of vodka.
-
Into my wife's arms for a cuddle. Unfortunately the most upsetting things that have happened in the past several years have been caused by me saying, "I know what the problem is, it's just your hormones." Little did I realise that what I thought was understanding was seen by her as condescending, so she ended up getting annoyed, we both got upset and I ended up sleeping on a couch outside.

My bed
-
I go into the bathroom. Is that weird?
-
To the library. I can't scream too loudly no matter how much I want to, I can hide in a corner if I need to cry, and there are lots of lovely books I can escape into to get my mind off things. Then I can just step outside to call my sis or have a smoke.
-
Cry and then sleep!
-
to my husband!
-
I go to my bedroom and do a great greta garbo impression!
-
my bedroom or the 3rd floor.

I usually come here to escape from reality for a while..
-
I go here alot:
-
In my bedroom and lock the door behind me. If the bathroom was big enough, it would be there instead.
-
If I have some money I go to Seaworld. If not I just go to my bedroom and hug the hell out of stuffed animals, or go online and chat.
-
To the fridge.
-
I either lock myself in my bedroom or go sit on my roof. my bedroom if i need to scream or do other things that relieve tension, my roof if i need to just cry quietly.
-
during the summer i'd call a friend and we'd either hit starbucks or i'd crash at their house [usually we were always out at a friend's house anyways so it wasn't difficult] now... i go to school or work and try my damndest to come home late if i'm really upset
-
I usually lie down somewhere, or sit if thats the only option, and drift in between sleep and reality, at which point i literally climb into my own mind, which has red carpet, cream walls, a red couch, and a whiteboard on a wall that has a blue marker on the shelf underneath it. The sad part is, I'm serious.
-
I go to the corner of my room and let the feeling pass, so that I will not hurt someone else along the way, so that at the end peace may prevail.
-
The Bar!
-
listen to janes addiction and think about how god is too damn mean and how u would perfer the VIRGIN MARY BETTER...lol...no listen to music and relax because all the problems u think will last forever will always end (when u do)
-
It varies, i tend to wallow though, which is never really good. I listen to music, but I never watch movies, because i always think that they'll make me sad by association next time... Erm.. I cry a bit, or am numb a bit... Maybe drink some, or eat lots, or do neither... Depends what type of upset, though, y'know...
