  • I prefer an AK47. But If that doesn't work, I try to be kind and give people something to look at and decide what kind of human they want to be. I can either be "OMG, I DON'T want to be like that!" or I can be "I like that. I want to be more like that.". And that's okay. And I want to never stop trying. Maybe one day I'll have an inspiring story that will make it to the Oprah show. :)
  • To be inspired myself and then it becomes contagious.I have seen this successfully used and used it myself.
  • I just try to be myself, I show them that the best way to earn respect and get things you want is to be yourself, do what you like, don't be influenced by groups. Be an individual, everyone is special at something, its finding that one thing your good at, be confident, if your confident people won't question your choices, stand up for what you believe in.

The best way of motivating people is to persuade them that they will benefit if they do something whether it is financially, recreationally or spiritually. Psychologists divide motivation between extrinsic motivation where a person is motivated by opportunity for reward and intrinsic motivation where it comes from within although there are some who disagree.   • I don't know how much of either I actually do but I try to live my life according to God's standards and that may be inspiring to some. Especially those who know the person I was before I knew God. I try to motivate people by being willing to do what it is I am trying to get them to do.
