Like lotsa things in life, both (depending on yer 'tude'!) ;-)
-
First because i like it, then because it's healthy
-
Health reasons.
-
I jog and/or power walk for fun. I just like to be in "shape" I also play highly competitive senior softball so I "train" year round. For me this is fun. +4
-
I used to enjoy it...running and exercising, but now it is just because I think I should. I give the barking dogs in the neighborhood the bird as I jog by,..little shits...I am tempted to toss them a poisoned bone some day.
-
I ride for the love of it but I realise it keeps me fit and mobile so I will continue, artificial hips and all.
-
Both
-
I've made my own exercise routine that's fun for me to do and I enjoy it every time and I get a healthy effect from it as a bonus ;)
-
It's never 100% fun-feeling all the time. It is an extension of some people having self-discipline to push themselves out the door and, once started, finding what they do to be enjoyable.
-
It's something I don't do.
-
Generally for fun. I love dancing or taking my bike for a ride. I actually honestly enjoy weight-lifting or reading while I'm on the elliptical. If I'm not in the mood, I don't exercise. I took a pilates class and was bored out of my mind so after two classes, I quit. If it isn't fun, it isn't worth my time.
-
It's pretty much a draw. I love to walk outdoors, and have dozens of different routes in and near my city. It's great for my heart and lungs, too!
-
Both. I love being in the gym, the smell, the sound of the weights clanging, I feel really at home there. Also, if I din`t go, I'd probably weigh over 200 pounds. I love eating, but I have to constantly work out to burn off the calories.
-
Depends on how I happen to feel physically and then, my attitude at the time is a factor. Sometimes it's for fun and sometimes it's for health only because it's a drag.....
-
one time the ol lady had a headache, i convinced her we should bone. somehow it worked, her headache was cured
-
A bit of both I think for me.
-
i HAVE to do it to so my hubby wont nag and complain as much

Jim plays tennis and golf and loves both. I am Madame Klutz when it comes to physical activities. I have found excercise boring and tedious except for years ago when I used to run..I found that invigorating. But I had to stop that. I do enjoy walking though. I guess that is my only form of exercise outside the house. Inside? There are days when Jim calls me his "whirling dervish"..I'm here, there, everywhere constantly! :)

It's usually a bit of both. The only sport I am always 100% having fun with is skiing. Other than that, it's usually a bit of because my heath I think. +5
-
It's a combination of the two, but health reasons are the bigger motivator overall.

The Wife and I have made it a part of our lives, some outside while walking and some Indoors in Intimate Encounters that can burn up to 300 cal/hr.
