It's a lifetime struggle. I have to work hard to keep it down. The last fight on Japanese diet I dropped 13 lbs within 3 weeks. So far I'm winning))))).

Yes, starting to. Lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks. I started to eat 3 meals regularly and cut down on eating beef, pork and chicken. I don't feel especially hungry like when I used to eat only 2 meals (lunch and dinner) and I can eat less at one sitting and feel full than before. Taking walks helps to relax and this combination of eating regularly and walking has helped to stabilize and lower my blood pressure.

I lost a LOT of weight a few years back, and have steadily been gaining most of it back. I'm to the point again where I need to start watching what I eat and be more careful...especially since I live at the beach and it's almost that time!!!!!!!

It depends. Since birth I have a net gain of over 200 lbs. Since last summer, I have a net loss of over 30 lbs.

No... my weight is staying the same but I definitely feel like I am putting it on. Went from working out every day, to nothing at all for the last few months. Need to get back in to it again =(

Yes but only because I needed to. I was too underweight before. Although I wouldn't mind dropping a about 6lbs now because i've gone too far the other way lol.
