I usually come on AB.. because no matter how hard I try NOT to laugh or smile on here..someone always makes me. All you have to do is let someone on here know (and when you make friends, they will usually be able to tell by your answers/questions/comments) and someone will help you.. I promise.

Today I slept a lot. Very unlike me however. Usually I think about or write funny stuff, watch comedy, get involved in a project or try to help someone else in need. Today was one of those rare days, just putting more distance, in my heart from events of 2008. It's all good tomorrow is a new day and a new year.

Watch the news. There is always some poor souls on there losing the house cause of fires, or dying in a bombing.....I realize that it aint that bad.

Throw myself into some form of excersize..run, go to the dojo..something to boost the "feel good" chemicals in my brain :)

Read or play games, or hang out with either my boyfriend or friends, and totally try and escape whatever ails me. Works, for a bit, and is 100% drug free! Sometimes...

something creative... start writing a book (i never finished one) drawing (Comics for instance... i never finished one) or start creating a game ( i never... you know the rest)

I google search using key words like humor, funny, hilarious, etc. Anything that can make you smile or laugh will make you feel better. It works for me anyway.
