depends what's on my plate - pasta shape, type, sauce, protein, vegetables, fruit.... I mean, if it's a pasta salad, I'm probably not gonna reach for the cheese grater. But, give me a cream sauce and I'm loading on some asiago. A nice marinara? Parmesan. Vodka sauce? Probably romano. Shrimp? Romano. Meat? Parmesan. and you forgot asiago....mmmm....

Shredded parmesan. I haven't heard of provolone and romano. Yeah, I suck at the names of foods. I just eat stuff without really knowing what their names are :)

Pecorino Romano loads of it on my spaghetti with "homemade gravy" and meatballs!!

Why not all 3? I love cheese! When my fiancee makes spaghetti, he puts parmesan and whatever other kind of cheese we have (normally mozzerella) on it. It's delicious! But 3 cheese spaghetti is awesome!
