Sex change

If you mean other than abstinence...it would be a combination probably of reliable birth control and condoms used at the same time.

Easy. Don't have sex. But, honey, if you don't know, then you are WAY too young to be THINKING about it.
-
No sex. Please tell me this question is a joke or your too young to understand the concept

There are other holes. :)

Spay or neuter your partner

Biatrz, ignore my earlier answer. Birth control includes condoms, spermicide jelly, spermicide sponge, diaphragm, IUD [intrauterine device = a bit of plastic inserted into the uterus], daily pills, Depo-Provera shots, subcutaneous implants, a skin patch, and a new device called a Nuva Ring. Use of a condom along with any of the others would probably reduce the chance of impregnation to less than 3%.

abstinence...

abstinence or sterilization are the only fool proof ways :)

Hold a chocolate "Smartie" between your knees and DON'T drop it :o)

Be a man!

Take an aspirin before you go to bed. Now place that aspirin between your knees and don't let go. If you don't like this method, don't have sex...works just as well.

Tell your Dad your boyfriend wants to have sex with you

The BEST way: both males and females can get their tubes tied--it can be undone later if they decide to have children. You don't have to mess with artifical methods. Pills and patches are chemicals that can mess your body up; IUDs can scar you and can cause other complications. Condoms and diaphrams are not reliable because some people just don't want to use them. You can opt for permanent sterilization if you have enough children or just don't want any. However, most of these methods won't prevent sexually transmitted diseases. (STDs)

Celibacy. If you still want to have sex I would go for a condom over the pill. Pills can be forgotten, and they can have adverse side effects. If you are happy or don’t have side effects there is no harm in pill and condom. Double protection so to speak.
