in most states an 18-20 year old is allowed to date and have sexual relations with a 16-17 year old, 15 is not legal when it comes to sex and you will be facing prison time if your caught having any sexual relations and will have statutory rape on your record for the better half of your life.

If both ppl are truely happy and the older guy truely wants to be with the 15yo for the right reasons and not just sex then theres nothing wrong with it. If ppl are meant to be together theyre meant to be together. It just sounds bad right now because of where your at in your ages. it doesnt sound as bad if you say your 20 and hes 25. Granted you might want to keep options open because you are 15 and havent had that many partners so you dont really know what to look for or what you like and dont like and what not. Dont get caught up on the fact that, hes an older guy omg its so sexy. Just try to get to know him for who he is and dont let him get into your pants. If he truely wants to be with you because he likes you and he doesnt just want sex then he wont care if you want to wait before you guys get physical. I don't think that would be very acceptable to the parents of the 15 year old girl in this day and age. Everyone is a lot more cautious than they used to be. I would not allow my 15 year old daughter to date a 20 year old man. when she grows up and is more mature, then she can consider dating an older man.

I wouldn't risk it. Technically, "dating" is fine while sex is not. However, should the the younger become disgruntled and make any accusations, the older would have little or no viable defense, especially in a civil suit. So I would say go for it, but only if you feel like playing Russian roulette.

No. once the girl is a senior and/or has a car and makes her own decisions in life yeah i think 5 yrs apart is fine. but until then she is weak in the fact she would be automatically enamored by the things the guy has and can do that she can't. they are at different stages in their life..

no not at all. i would hunt anyone who dated my 15 y/o neice and was over the age of 16! besides the morailty issues, the accusations of being a pedophile, the totally different tates in life and goals to reach and the maturity / immaturity of the people in the relationship, i dont think the parents on either side would agree to it.

There are no laws that I am aware of concerning dating a 15 year old girl if you're a 20 year old male. However, there may be laws regarding how far you can go with her. Would I advise it in most cases? I most likely would not. Have I known people who have been in this kind of relationship? Yeah. In fact, I'm aware of one couple right now who is in that kind of relationship. I am quite understanding of this situation as I have liked a 19 year old who was turning 20 later in the year when I was 15 years old. It never went further than a crush because the age difference was just too much and I honestly felt like he didn't really mean it when he'd tell me he loved me. The next year, he had a girlfriend. My conclusion? This is not the kind of relationship I'd advise. If you really love her, you'll wait until she's older. If she really loves you, she'll wait until she's older. The chances of either of you being around by the time she's 18 are very slim.... there's probably less than a 50/50 chance that you two will still like each other.

No. Why would you want to put yourself in high school again and deal with high school issues? Find a WOMAN your own age, not a girl who will most likely have some issues regarding relationship cause she has no experience. Maybe in the olden days this was ok, but thats because girls got married at like 18 or 19. Not anymore my friend. There is nothing wrong with a 20 y/o male dating a 15 y/o girl as long as her parents have given permission. Society and the law say it should not be allowed. Back in the 1950s I dated 14 to 18 y/o girls when I was 21 to 24. Parents didn't object back then like they do today. Back just over 100 years ago many girls were married by 12 to 13 y/o usually to older men.
