Since most companies need customers for its survival the company can best control the customer perspective by using strategies like mystery shopper to ensure that the customers receive they quality they deserve. Also conducting surveys of potential customers to get a feel r what the majority want and expect from the business and then gearing its services to meet thos needs. The customer will see the company as one who has their concerns and needs in mind and this will change the customer perspective.
