Yup pretty much. I live downtown Montréal so I see it everyday.
-
No, I live in Caracas, but my apartment looks at the mountain :) (by the way, it's a really beautiful mountain)
-
Nope, can't see anything but my neighbors, even if I sit on my roof.
-
No.

No, out my window I can see suburbia, from the yard I can see mountains. Not pretty mountains, mountains covered in dry, gnarled foliage.
-
My city is pretty small and ''spread out'' so there's not much to see except mountains far away. It's funny how you see the mountains but don't realize that you're in them too. Still, really nice in the Fall though.

Yes, and I can even see the tower in which my wife is employed. After a good rain the city looks as clear as day, and I like to sit and look sometimes.
-
Nope, I see high mountains and tall pine trees. I live in a town that only has 300 people. You couldn't pay me enough to live in a city.
-
Yep. Live about 2 miles from the edge. We're near the top of a hill and we can look out back and see the skyline of an area that used to be a smaller town area. Huge church, college campenile (spelling) with it's clock. I can tell the time on it with my field glasses.
-
No. The view looks like this except now the trees are green.
-
Nope, not even if I was down off this forested hill and by the interstate. I'd have to drive 30 miles to see something with more than 3-4 stories and New York City is about 130-40 miles away.
-
Nope, thank goodness!
