i bet he sings really good i mean he is like the hottest man alive and he is the best actor ever ( in my opinion) and he can play the guitar so singing wouldnt suprise me at all i would definatley love it if he did

He didnt. Johnny was miming it. He wasnt playing guitar either. The first movie in which JD got to show us his musical skills was Chocolat where he plays accoustic guitar.

He didn't sing in Cry Baby. He lip synched, but as others have said, JD can sing, and he also plays guitar, although he didn't play in Cry Baby either. Johnny shows off his singing voice in Sweeney Todd.
