  • Here are a few that I remember: Dodgers vs Losers at the LA Coliseum in 1959. :p Pirates vs Mets at Shea in 1971. Reds vs Dodgers at Chavez Ravine (Dodger Stadium) in 1977. We were only about 5 rows from the field so I got a good view of Hall-of-Famer Mike Schmidt. I felt like I was the only one in my area that applauded him. I'm not the world's most hostile fan. ;) Oakland A's vs Other team at Oakland in June, 1983. 1989 All-Star game at Anaheim (Angels) Stadium. We got to see the awesome Bo Jackson hit a 430' homer. Dodgers vs Winners in April, 1994.

  • I started attending MLB Baseball Games in 1970 (The Mets at Shea Stadium) and since then I have attended hundreds of games. I live The OC and we split our season somewhat evenly between the Dodgers and Angels. Whenever I travel I try to get to at least one of the local MLB team's games and I LOVE Minor League Baseball if there's no local MLB team. In fact, I think that I may like Minor League ball better than MLB ball. I guess it's fair to say that I just love baseball - period!
